Controller

Job Description

• ·         Monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing processes of the Company and its subsidiaries.
• ·         Supporting day-to-day finance operations, including AP and AR processes.
• ·         Supporting annual budget preparation and periodic budget reporting.
• ·         Work with external auditors and advisors on the preparation of the consolidated financial statements, local reporting and tax filings.  
• ·         Assist with improving finance-related procedures and policies.
• ·         Ad-hoc financial projects

Requirements

Qualifications - MUST

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance + CPA.
• Internship with BIG4 accounting firms
• Excellent English (reading, writing and speaking)
• Team player.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and related accounting business systems.

• MA or MBA
• Experience as Assistant Controller of 1-2 years in a High-Tech Industry.
• Experience with Netsuite.
