Chassis Dynamometer Operator

Job Description:

• The right candidate will be involved with vehicle level benchmarking, instrumented vehicle testing and vehicle level engine calibration inside a state-of-the-art 4WD emissions chassis dynamometer.

• Primary responsibilities will include setting-up and conducting tests on advanced chassis dynamometer system for certification and development projects.
• Preventive maintenance of Client equipment.
• Maintaining quality assurance procedures.
• 3rd shift available only.

• Systems knowledge: PC based applications including Microsoft Office
• Mechanical or Electrical experience required
• Chassis dynamometer experience required
• Enthusiastic attitude and a desire to succeed are essential
• Effective organizational skills and team working ability desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fabrication experience a plus.
• Emissions experience a plus.
• Combustion experience a plus.
• Engine testing experience a plus.
• Horiba testing equipment experience a plus.

• Associates Degree, Trade School or Technical School.
