As a Translation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the offshore translation team while also actively contributing to translation and proofreading tasks. This role ensures that all translated materials meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism, aligning with the firm’s business needs and regulatory requirements.

About the Translation Service Line

Our Translation service line ensures the seamless translation of key business documents, reports, proposals, and communications between Arabic and English. Their work supports the firm in maintaining compliance with local regulations, enhancing client interactions, and delivering high-quality, bilingual content across all service lines.

As a Translation Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and coordinate the offshore translation team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Translate, proofread, and edit business documents, proposals, reports, and client communications in both Arabic and English
• Ensure consistency in terminology and style across all translated materials, aligning with the firm’s brand and professional standards
• Work closely with internal teams, including audit, tax, advisory, and legal, to provide accurate and contextually appropriate translations
• Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and industry-specific terminology to ensure compliance and precision in translations
• Develop and refine internal translation processes to improve efficiency and quality control
• Provide guidance and training to junior translators or external vendors as needed

• Fluent in Arabic and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• 7+ years of experience in professional translation, preferably within the consulting, legal, or financial services industries
• Prior experience working with or within a Big 4 firm or professional services organization is highly desirable
• Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing offshore teams or external translation vendors
• Deep understanding of business, legal, and financial terminology in both Arabic and English
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
