Description:

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of four years of application development experience. The individual would have strong understanding of object oriented design principles and implementation practices. Candidate should be able to manage assigned projects and meet deadlines. This position requires limited client contact and limited to no travel. Located in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

Develop new user-facing features
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Required skills/knowledge

Previous application development experience
Must have good understanding of HTML5, CSS, Angular/ Java Script, C#
Must be able to write unit tests to test the client-side code.
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery and in particular Angular 2+
Good understanding of asynchronous request handling
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
Proficient understanding of Visual Studio a plus
Degree in computer science

Preferred skills/knowledge

Microservice development experience in Azure Cloud
Familiarity with supply chain
Experience working in Agile development environment
Good Team Player

Other

This position will report to the development lead of our Manufacturing Optimization application
This position will not initially manage personnel
