Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

If you're a Senior Legal Counsel with an innovative problem-solving mindset and strong commercial insight - this could be the role for you:

Here's what you'll do:

• Provide legal support for M&A, private equity, direct investments  and other strategic transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation                      
• Draft/review various legal documents/agreements and advise internal clients on potential legal issues or financial implications associated with such documents/agreements
• Enhance corporate governance frameworks (including ESG and AI directives)
• Drive the implementation and supervision of new legal technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Work closely with the legal team, third-party technology providers, and IT to integrate legal compliance solutions
• Engage directly with key external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to stay abreast of relevant information and provide effective solutions
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, particularly in international contexts, that may impact operations                        

Requirements

This is what you'll need:

• Qualification to practice law in Switzerland (Swiss bar exam or equivalent) with knowledge of common law
• Proven track record in international organizations or law firms
• Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and unwavering integrity
• Exceptional skills in relationship management, negotiation, and communication
• Financially literate and proficient in transaction modelling
• Effective team collaborator skills with an ability to also work independently with ease
• Outstanding command of English (native or equivalent proficiency); additional language skills are a plus
