ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer 

Our client is a company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the medical devices and prosthetics sector. 

📌 Location: Northern Athens (Agios Stefanos) 

📍 Working Model: On site, Working Hours: 08.00 – 16.00 

🖋️You will be reporting to: IT Manager 

 
What you will do: 

As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the IT department and providing top-notch support to the company's employees. Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Supporting the IT Manager in the daily operations of the IT department 

• Monitoring and updating the company’s technological infrastructure (Windows, firmware, antivirus, etc.) 

• Managing technical issues and providing user support for systems and software 

• Offering first-level support to employees for software and hardware issues 

• Ensuring data security and IT system protection 

• Performing additional tasks assigned by the IT Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the IT department 

• Participating in trainings on information systems topics 

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (ideally from a Vocational Institution) 

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar position, in IT/Tech/Helpdesk Support  

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems will be considered a strong asset 

• Knowledge of Windows Domain Services and Office 365             

• Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite 

• Strong communication skills 

• Responsibility, organization, and consistency 

• Adherence to deadlines 

There might be an occasional need for stand by, to be paid extra
