Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift/Workdays: 7A -7:30P
Weekend – Every other
Call Requirements: Yes
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hrs.
Special Skills/Experience required: 2 years +

ACLS
BLS
NIH
SEPSIS Education
Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first)
PCCN Certification for TELE
Meditech Experience Preferred
Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN)
Active RN TX License – Temp. License is no longer accepted
Procedures performed on unit:
EKG, pre-cath prep, pre-op prep, stroke assessment
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
Scrub Color
RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket
Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy
Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
