Procurement Intern

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Procurement Intern who will work closely in providing support to the Procurement Officer in evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Inventory management
• Assist with projects and programs or services
• Record keeping and maintenance
• Prepare purchase order
• Assist the department in the procurement process
• Shadow multiple department members to gain understanding of individual roles in the department
• Assist with projects and programs or services
• Participate in developing department goals and objectives
