<p>Within the “People and Culture” team and more precisely the HRBP team, you will take part in offering the best working conditions to ensure our talent’s retention. </p><p>Yousign’s HRBPs work collaboratively with the departments, proposing people strategies that enable the business to scale quickly with the long-term in mind. </p><p>HRBPs are able to advise and provide key insights on topics including organisation design, talent management, compensation planning, as well as short and long-term growth plans across the department they work with. </p><p>During a 6 months fixed-term contract to temporarily replace Elisabeth, our Lead People Partner, you will work directly with Kristina, our HR Director, and the rest of our HRBP team.</p><h2>Missions:</h2><p>As an HRBP, you will :</p><p>- Work hand-in-hand with Yousign’s managers and coach them like superheroes to create the most epic working experiences for their teams</p><p>- Support around 100 Yousigners (Engineering & Product teams) from the onboarding to the offboarding</p><p>- Participate in implementing career path opportunities to help our employees to see themselves rocking it in the long run</p><p>- Measure employee satisfaction by launching engagement surveys and E-NPS surveys, and identify initiatives to improve engagement and retention of our talents</p><p>- Launch our bi annual performance review cycles</p><p>- Update our dashboards to monitor our KPI’s</p><p>- Work on diverse projects within the HR team</p><p> </p><h2>More About You:</h2><p>- You have at least 3 years of experience in a HR Business Partner position</p><p>- Experience in a fast-paced or SaaS environment is a plus</p><p>- You have great interpersonal skills, and know how to influence your audience</p><p>- You are organized and able to manage several topics at the same time</p><p>- You are creative and willing to go the extra mile to help your team, we are on the lookout for any new relevant idea 🙂</p><p>- You have a cheerful, enthusiastic, and sociable personality</p><p>- Your oral and written communication skills in French and English are excellent</p><p> </p><p> </p><h2>Recruitment Process:</h2><p>1.
