We are seeking an experienced People Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for HR delivery and execution across the entire employee lifecycle within the assigned business group, providing strategic, tactical, and operational HR expertise. Acting as a true partner to leaders and a change agent within the organization, you will drive impactful people strategies that support our overall business goals. You will champion the company’s culture and core values, leading by example.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, strong execution skills, and expertise in global People practices, capable of supporting complex global projects and processes.
Essential Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership and Support
- Develop strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders to understand their business needs, priorities, and performance
- Collaborate with leaders to create and execute People strategies that align with business goals
- Act as the primary point of contact and advisor for all People matters in the assigned business group, offering strategic and operational HR support throughout the employee lifecycle
- Partner with leaders on our key annual People initiatives, such as performance reviews, merit and bonus planning, and employee engagement surveys.
- Analyze people data to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and inform recommendations and decision-making
- Assist with change initiatives, ensuring appropriate communication and effective implementation
Organizational Effectiveness and Process Improvement
- Design, optimize, and implement People processes and workflows for efficiency, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement; help with communication strategies around People processes
- Work to maintain consistency in People policies and practices across functions and locations
Training and Development
- Assess training needs and conduct relevant training initiatives within the client group and globally
- Offer coaching and support to managers to enhance leadership capabilities and effective people management; support employee and manager development initiatives
Employee Relations, Legal, and Compliance
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks
- Resolve employee relations issues fairly and consistently; conduct investigations as needed
- Ensure compliance with People policies and procedures
People Team Collaboration and Initiatives
- Work closely with our global People team to ensure alignment and achieve our goals
- Assist with People projects and initiatives, incl. complex global projects and global People priorities
- Assist with organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning strategies
- Foster a workplace culture that promotes inclusion, engagement, and work-life balance, where employees feel valued, respected, and supported
- Lead and develop people specialists
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on global HR Business Partnering roles; experience in a fast-paced Tech department, high-growth environments and/or international scale-up is preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive positive business outcomes
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- A strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and use of good judgment while working with confidential and sensitive information
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Demonstrated project management and change management experience
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action; skilled in preparing reports and presentations to deliver insight to leaders or key stakeholders as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- PHR Certification, preferred
