Responsibilities:
-Provide support to both the office manager/escrow officer and attorney by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
-Provide support for document preparation, preparing Warranty Deeds, Releases and Power of Attorney documents.
-Open orders and assists with statement input when necessary for primarily commercial statements.
-Prepare documents for closing, complete disbursement, recording and follow up of all escrow transactions.
-Communicate requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions
-Support other Escrow needs.
Job Qualifications:
-Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
-Must have Minimum 5 years of experience as an Escrow Assistant
-Proven strong customer service orientation
-Demonstrated strong attention to detail
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Strong problem solving skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Proficient in MS Office
-Expericence with SoftPro Select Preferred
-Document Preparation Experience Preferred
-Positive team member
