Product Manager

Position overview

As a Product Manager, you will drive product innovation through customer discovery, prioritization and delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery and proactively engage with customers to uncover insights into their needs and develop a deep understanding of their workflows
• Create and maintain a deep understanding of our target market, customer personas, and user behavior to inform product decisions
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives
• Establish and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
• Drive the product development process with clear product requirements and rapid iterations
• Build strong partnerships and collaboration with key product functions to discover, test, and release each feature
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success
• Coordinate of product development projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate product strategy, initiatives and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Skills and qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with experience in building B2B SaaS products for enterprises
• Pragmatic approach and bias to action: you prefer to improve iteratively rather than working on long-term bets
• Demonstrated capability and hands-on experience in developing products with an interest in data science
• Strong product management skills, including product strategy, prioritization and customer discovery
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and across product lines, building alignment on strategy and execution
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Transportation industries a plus
• A strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, and knowledge of best practices and common pitfalls in enterprise adoption a plus
