Wingify is looking for an Associate Manager - Enablement responsible for providing the sales team content ammunition to close deals. 

Your role will span across the boundaries of sales, product, marketing, and customer success and have a global impact. You will be instrumental in creating product and sales decks with powerful market-facing narratives that resonate with the target persona to help drive sales. You will also be responsible for driving the adoption of collateral and capturing market feedback.

What does the role entail?

  • Product Collaterals for Sales Enablement: Translate the product messaging into various marketing sales enablement collaterals like one-pagers, sales decks, datasheets, etc. Managing custom asset-creation requests from Sales/Success to win key deals.
  • Owning Product Collateral Roadmap - Creating and managing a long-term product collateral plan that involves continuous tracking of new features/use-cases enabled by the product, content gaps being faced by revenue teams globally, and using the same to revamp or create new product enablement assets.
  • Strong Story-telling: Own the product narrative going out in the market to help communicate value to the prospects and the opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Sales Training & Content Adoption - Drive consumption of the sales collateral built by owning sales collateral release cycle and sales collateral training to improve adoption
  • Capture Market Feedback - Driving feedback from the sales to the leadership and influencing sales enablement content roadmap and tactics
  • Program Management: Efficiently collaborate with members of the different marketing sub-functions and other functions to deliver on planned activities

KRA ownership:

  • Primary KRA: Collateral Consumption, Feedback Loop (Sales, Tool)
  • Secondary KRA: Win Ratio

Some other functions you would be working with

  • Revenue Team: Identify collaterals required and deliver them for successful selling
  • Product Management: Align with the product roadmap and have a strong understanding of the reason why the product/feature is being built
  • Design: Ensure all marketing communication is visually appealing and in accordance with design guidelines
