We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Developer with a strong background in HTML, SCORM, web design, and Adobe CC tools. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing dynamic, visually appealing web content and interactive modules. This role requires both creative and technical expertise to produce engaging digital experiences that adhere to modern design standards.

- Design and develop responsive, HTML-based web pages and interactive modules that are SCORM-compliant and optimized for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- - Use Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, After Effects) to design visually compelling graphics and multimedia elements for web and interactive content.
- - Develop interactive web-based solutions, incorporating multimedia, animation, and SCORM packages for integration with various platforms.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing web content aligned with business needs.
- - Apply web design principles to create responsive, mobile-friendly designs that maintain a consistent user experience across devices.
- - Maintain, update, and improve existing web content and SCORM modules to keep up with current design trends and technical standards.
- - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in web development and SCORM integration, ensuring seamless performance.
- - Ensure all content adheres to company brand guidelines and technical specifications for web compatibility.
- - Stay updated on the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve web designs and solutions.
