<p>We are recruiting for an qualified, experienced and professional Pilates instructor to join a luxury tennis and fitness facility in Kuwait. <br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Package:</strong> </p><p>- Tax-free monthly salary 700 KWD - 1 000 KWD per month (approximately US$2 250 - US$3 250) based on qualifications and experience</p><p>- ⁠30-40% commission on PT</p><p>- ⁠full medical insurance</p><p>- ⁠work visa</p><p>- paid annual leave</p><p>- ⁠relocation flight</p><p>- shared accommodation (private bedroom and bathroom)</p><p>- uniform (t-shirt, jogging pants, shoes, shorts)</p><p>- transportation to work in mornings</p><p>- education support</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><br>- Comprehensive Pilates certification (internationally recognized)<br></p><p>- Minimum 5 years experience</p><p>- English speaking (Conversational level at a minimum)</p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>- Have a good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it pertains to Pilates classes and the exercises prescribed in those classes</p><p>- Have a strong history of continuous professional development by having taken courses, attended workshops and seminars and kept up to date with current Pilates developments. <br></p><p>- Experience in working in gulf countries is advantageous (not required)<br></p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Designs and delivers comprehensive Group Reformer Pilates classes and PT sessions for individuals and groups</p><p>- Demonstrates expertise in a variety of Pilates equipment, to include Reformer with Tower, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector Barrel equipment</p><p>- Conducts 3-4 classes per day</p><p>- Supports the strategic/marketing plan through participation in activities/events identified by marketing promotions as high priority</p><p>- Provides supervision and education to participants requesting personal or group training</p><p>- Assures continued professional development through attendance at continuing education and professional conferences</p><p>- Maintains a well-organized studio environment ensuring all equipment is in proper working order and monitors that regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment is being completed to the standard expected</p> •
