ServiceNow Admin and development experience
- 4 to 8 yrs of relevant experience with ServiceNow
- Certified Service Now Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
- Strong experience in working on the ITIL, ITSM Processes configuration like Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Notifications, Knowledge Management.
- ServiceNow implementation experience including incident, problem, change, CMDB, discovery, and asset management.
- Strong Experience on ServiceNow ITOM and SecOps modules.
- Hands on experience in creating the custom Applications, Modules in Service Now.
- Extensive experience on Business Rules, Data Dictionary, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts and Validations Scripts.
- Experience in configuring the SLAs for various ITIL processes as per the client requirements.
- Experience in Service Now environment migration using Update Sets & Import Sets.
- Experience in creating reports in Service Now and schedule the report generation in Service Now.
- Experience with Service Now Orchestration.
