Monday - Friday ( Some Saturdays ) Full Time Position. 

Pay Scale - $24-$28 / Hr DOE*

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years verifiable experience
  • Ability to delegate small (3-5) groups of people.
  • Must pass pre-employment physical and drug test
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must have dependable transportation to work

Job Description additional details – 

  • Full Time – Standard work week 50 Hrs. per week, hours may vary depending on weather.
  • Work week may consist of night work.
  • Must maintain reliable attendance.
  • Duties can change daily depending on the project and weather.
  •    Inspect all engines and fill out proper inspection form when engines arrive onsite
  •   Check all engines fuel levels and notify proper personal when fuel levels are 500 gallons or below
  •   Inspect all rail cars and fill out proper inspection forms after loading and before train leaves ACCI site
  •   Weekly loader calibrations are to be preformed and proper paperwork verifying calibrations are to be turned into office staff
  •   All BOL sheets must have loader operators name, date and equipment number of the loader they are operating
  •    All BOL sheets are to be turned into office staff on the last 10 cars being loaded so that office can have the BOL sheets finished and submitted as soon as the train is finished being loaded
  •  All material being loaded into rail cars must be loaded in the center of the car and cannot be too far to one side or spilling off the sides of the rail car
  •  When engines arrive onsite the 24-hour clock starts, and a crew must be ready to arrive and load rail cars unless told from management to do otherwise
  • Red zones must be established for an individual to get closer than 4 feet to the rail car
  • Red zones must be established when hooking up air hose or preforming maintenance on rail cars
  •  After coupling up rail cars or engines ensure that all brake hose are connected and all hand brakes have been released
  • Radio communication must be established with all personnel involved with the loading if of rail cars to ensure safety while moving rail cars
