• 業界、企業、候補者に関するリサーチや関連情報の収集
• 候補者の面接に同席、または部分的に実施し、評価のためのレファレンスを行う
• データを分析し、クライアントのエンゲージメントをサポートするための洞察を深める
• クライアント向けのプレゼンテーションやレポートの作成をサポート
• クライアントミーティングに出席し、ディスカッションに参加
• チームメンバーと協力し、クライアントプロジェクトの全体的な成功に貢献する
• 社内の部門横断的なイニシアチブに参画する

Junior Associate Consultant:

As a Junior Associate Consultant at Egon Zehnder, you will have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experienced consultants to support our client engagements. You will assist in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing insights to deliver impactful solutions to our clients. This role will provide you with a deep understanding of our industry practices and the opportunity to contribute to projects at various stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and gather relevant information on industries, companies, and candidates
• Attend or partially conduct candidate interviews and references for evaluation
• Analyze data and develop insights to support client engagements
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients
• Attend client meetings and participate in discussions
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to the overall success of client projects
• Patriciate in cross-functional initiatives within the firm

Requirements

必須

• ４年制大学卒業以上
• 企業・官公庁・団体等での社会人経験　３年以上
• 論理的に物事を考え、提案できる問題解決能力
• 多様な意見を受け入れ、自身の意見を主張できる高いコミュニケーション能力
• 何でも学ぼうとする好奇心、成長意欲
• 細部への注意と期限を守る能力
• 人や組織、経営・戦略への高い関心
• 高い語学力：日本語　ネイティブレベル、英語　ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 800点以上）

歓迎

• 戦略・総合ITコンサルティングファームにおいて、コンサルタントとしての実務経験
• 組織/人事改革に関連するプロジェクト経験
• 人事戦略、タレントマネジメント領域での業務経験
• 企画部門や事業開発部門での業務経験

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a company, government agencies, etc.
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity to learn everything, willingness to grow
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Interest in talent management, business strategies
• Strong commands of Japanese (native level) and English (business level)

Preferred

• Work experience as a consultant at a business consulting firm
• Project experience related to organizational/HR transformation
• Experience working in the areas of HR planning and Talent Management
• Experience working in business planning and/or development
