What We expect of you:
Under the guidance of the Commercial Manager, you will be trained to excel in areas such as estimating, cost planning, contract administration, and on-site measurement. You'll handle cost reporting, final account preparation, and dispute resolution, while engaging with clients and site teams. Your responsibilities will also include managing monthly valuations, commercial reporting, variations, and subcontractor payments, with a strong focus on health, safety, risk management, and margin control.
You will hold or are graduating with a HND or above in Quantity Surveying along with a valid driving licence for driving in the UK.
