Based in our bustling Munich office, you'll be working hand-in-hand with colleagues, while maintaining strong connections with the HR Team in Germany as well as the rest of the Netlight community across all offices. You will contribute to how HR will grow and support the organisation further.
We're seeking a vibrant, positive individual who thrives on collaboration and is passionate about making a significant impact. The role is a full-time position (100%) starting in October/November 2024.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with HR at Netlight requires a strong business sense as you will be engaged in a high paced and ever-changing organization. You will work hands on in a personal and value-driven company that understands itself as a network organization. The role includes a range of administrative, operational, and strategical HR responsibilities within the focus area People Support & Relocation:
🚀 Ensuring that data within the core HR system is accurate and kept up to date
🚀 Managing administration of onboarding / offboarding processes from A – Z
🚀 Handling the preparation for the monthly payroll
🚀 Handling of contracts and employee requests
🚀 Dealing with daily ad-hoc tasks
🚀 Working together in projects with focus on process optimization and implementation
🚀 Collaborating and communicating across functions and other offices on an international basis
🚀 Supporting employees in smoothly relocating to another office with handling several administrative steps
WHO YOU ARE

🌟 You have a university degree with focus on Human Resources or similar education
🌟 You have 1 year of work experience within HR (incl. working student or/and internship), preferably in high paced and creative companies
🌟 You naturally build trust and your communication skills are top-notch - C1 Level or above of German and English
🌟 You are a people person and a humble team player
🌟 You have a strong business sense, pay attention to detail & possess great organizational skills
