<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate</strong><br></p><p>We are looking for an <strong>Online Chat Moderator</strong> to join our Streaming team! This position is ideal for anyone who is starting their career in customer support and wants to step into the iGaming industry. <br></p><p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Taking full ownership of the Live Stream chat and help build a community among the players.</li><li>Monitor the Live Stream chat continuously to ensure conversations remain appropriate and within the community guidelines.</li><li>Be able to direct end-users to customer support when faced with a support query. <br>Monitoring streams and give feedback to the Streaming Team Leader to make the streaming quality better.</li><li>Enforce the channel’s rules, which might include restrictions on certain topics as per streaming guidelines.</li><li>Quick decision-making when inappropriate behaviour is spotted, such as spamming, trolling, harassment, addiction, and any other threatening situations observed.</li><li>Encourage viewers to participate in the chat by asking questions, starting discussions, or highlighting interesting comments.</li><li>Support the streamers by relaying important information to the streamer, such as viewer feedback, questions from the chat, or technical issues.</li><li>Assist the streamer in troubleshooting by gathering information from the chat or offering solutions if technical difficulties are encountered.</li><li>Making sure all pre-recorded content is working well and the stream is on going.</li><li>Reporting violations of responsible gaming risks to the appropriate stakeholders.<strong></strong><strong></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Experience Required</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent written language skills .</li><li>Basic knowledge of how to use chats. </li><li>Ability to keep calm and remain level-headed in tense situations. </li><li>Have basic understanding of Responsible Gaming. </li><li>Basic knowledge of online casino games and passion for sports and sports betting would be considered an asset.<strong></strong><strong></strong></li><li>Experience in Customer Support, Moderating on Twitch/Kick or a similar role is ideal.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary and Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Salary is €25,000 per annum.</li><li>Private Health Insurance</li><li>Mobile Phone Allowance</li><li>Wellness Allowance</li><li>Professional Development Allowance</li><li>Many other benefits throughout the year - you can check out our Career page to see more!</li></ul><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> As soon as we find a match! </p> •
