As the Director of Accounting Advisory at Riveron, you will play a pivotal leadership role, orchestrating the delivery of top-tier advisory services to our clients. This position places you at the forefront of our client engagement teams, where you will leverage your extensive experience and deep understanding of financial reporting to guide and direct project execution. You will work closely with partners and senior leadership to develop strategies for client service excellence, ensuring that our solutions are not only compliant but also strategically aligned with our clients' business objectives. The role demands a hands-on approach to mentorship and development of our advisory team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Your responsibilities will encompass the oversight of project delivery, including the formulation of engagement strategies, directing the assessment and improvement of our clients’ financial reporting processes, and leading high-impact advisory projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic perspective to the flow of data throughout the financial reporting process, ensuring regulatory compliance, and acting as a trusted advisor to our clients and a role model to our team.
