Here's how you can help. We are currently looking for a Brand & Creative Project Specialist to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.
Position Highlights:
Supports daily operations within the Brand & Creative Department by collaborating with key team members for Design, Social, Motion Media, and Creative initiatives. Leads project management efforts and traffic coordination to optimize capacity and resource allocation. Plays a vital role in media management, including video and photography, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic objectives
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily project management tasks for the Brand & Creative Department. Work closely with key contributors to ensure the smooth execution of creative initiatives and media projects.
- Responsible for implementing, monitoring and updating projects utilizing project management software.
- Leverage project management tools and software to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate team collaboration.
- Lead traffic management operations to optimize capacity and allocate resources effectively across projects by reviewing reports, analyzing data from project management software and taking appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with Account Leads and Project Managers to provide insights into team workloads and recommend optimal resource allocations to enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist in the management of our media needs for the association. Lead the organization and management of media content, including social media, motion media, video, and photography. Serve as a lead in sourcing and tracking photographers. Familiar with basic online Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Assist the Social Media team with ongoing channel management, video uploading (YouTube and Vimeo), and performance tracking.
- Contribute to annual Brand & Creative team program planning and initiatives, ensuring continual improvement consistent planning and scheduling.
- Support the management of Brand & Creative programs and initiatives including the global brand and Peace Contests.
- Review annual contracts to ensure scope of work is accurate and support relationships with media vendors.
- Interface with freelancers and contractors, providing feedback and direction on behalf of the team
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communications or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in project management
- Demonstrated experience working in creative roles or similar background,
