Woodard & Curran is seeking a Wastewater Operator for our project in Monterey, TN. The Wastewater Operator regularly participates in the daily operations and maintenance for an Industrial Wastewater Treatment facility as directed by the Project Manager. What will you be doing at Woodard & Curran?
 
Our Operators are responsible for the full-time operation and general maintenance of facilities equipment and process control at water and wastewater facilities.  Additional responsibilities include grounds keeping, plant housekeeping, and lab testing. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, as required for emergency call outs. This is a day shift weekend position.  
 
Schedule:  Night Shift, Monday through Thursday. Four, ten-hour shifts, 7.00p.m. to 5.00a.m.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Tennessee water or wastewater operator’s license, or ability to attain within six months preferred.
  • Minimum one year of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of water or wastewater treatment facilities a plus.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, with technical/vocational school background.
  • Applicant must possess a valid Drivers License and a good driving record.
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.

Retirement Savings:
