The role
Goji is looking for an Operations Executive to join our Investment Operations team to support our growing portfolio of customers!
As a part of our Operations team, you will provide day-to-day platform support (through live chat, email and phone!) and be the first port of call for our investors. You may also find yourself managing Investor onboarding, KYC checks, ISA administration services, payment allocation and tracking.
Our role is suited to someone in a customer service setting within financial services wanting to join a <90 person scaleup that is on the forefront of digital disruption in a traditional industry.
