The role

Goji is looking for an Operations Executive to join our Investment Operations team to support our growing portfolio of customers! 

As a part of our Operations team, you will provide day-to-day platform support (through live chat, email and phone!) and be the first port of call for our investors. You may also find yourself managing Investor onboarding, KYC checks, ISA administration services, payment allocation and tracking.

Our role is suited to someone in a customer service setting within financial services wanting to join a <90 person scaleup that is on the forefront of digital disruption in a traditional industry.

How will you help?

  • Maintain the customer database and support retention.
  • Reconciling transactions and contributing to administrative systems.
  • Preparation and processing of all ISA subscriptions and transfers.
  • Supporting the compliance team with AML processes.
  • Liaising and supporting other areas of the business and key stakeholders
  • Providing prompt customer service as a first point of contact for our clients
  • Helping the team further to grow our internal knowledge base and procedural guides.
  • Designing and implementing scalable processes to facilitate the expansion of our product offering.
