And it is how we’ll continue to build a safer, smarter and more connected mobility experience for all people.</p><p><strong>What you can expect (key responsibilities)</strong></p><ul><li>System and product definition according with development methods and safety standards used and defined by Magna (focus on <strong>quality</strong> assurance).</li><li>Collecting and analyzing of the relevant requirements from all the documents and other technical documentation from customer, internal stakeholders or legal constraints.</li><li>Communication, organization, planning and interacting with internal work teams and project stakeholders (internal and external).</li><li>Management of requirements in respective tools (tool example: CodeBeamer).</li><li>Management of integration requirements for ADAS components interacting with other vehicle ECUs in customer projects.</li><li>Breakdown and refine of the requirements of the product needed by the development disciplines teams (e.g.: Software, Hardware, Mechanical).</li><li>Control and perform reviews for getting the agreement of all stakeholders (internal and external) for the system requirements.</li><li>Support definition of specific requirements and architectures together with Development & Engineering groups.</li><li>Support in the RFI (request for information) process for customer requests from the systems engineering point of view.</li><li>Implement and maintain the traceability of the internal requirements with the customer’s requirements.</li></ul><ul><li></ul><p><strong>What you'll bring (key qualifications/requirements)</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor/Master Degree of electrical engineering, computer science or similar</li><li>3-5 years of experience in development as software/hardware or systems engineer or feature/function owner.</li><li>Solid understanding of automotive bus technologies and trends (e.g. ADAS , Automotive Ethernet, CAN, Flexray, Ethernet).</li><li>Good understanding of systems workflow and its relation to requirements management.</li><li>Good understanding of system elements on vehicle level for features (Electrical, Software, Mechanical engineering).</li><li>Good understanding of automotive and safety related functions process.</li><li>Good understanding of automotive standards like A-SPICE and ISO 26262 and cybersecurity standards.</li><li>General understanding of ISO21434, classic and adaptive AUTOSAR and embedded SW development process.</li><li>Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is a plus.</li><li>Team Player, pro-active and good communication skills (taking complicated things and explain them in easy-to-understand manner, talent in showing ideas graphically)</li><li>Fluent English language skills.
