As a Sales and Relationship Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential clients and partners.
- Support the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system to track client interactions and sales activities.
- Become the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
