Job Title: Rolex Boutique Manager
Reports to: Store Director

OVERVIEW
The Rolex Manager will act as an ambassador of Tourneau/Bucherer and be a key point person in
driving and growing the Rolex business within the location. This individual is responsible for
providing clients with an elevated shopping experience, exploring both their immediate and future
needs. The Rolex Manager exhibits the highest regard for delivering first-in-class service by
promoting the company and Rolex to the client, and personally committing to further educate
themselves to enhance their skills. Candidates must have a passion for watches, including the
history of the industry. Be a global thinker and leader who is strategic and able to lead and
develop the watch business.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively partner with Store Director and HQ merchandising communicating feedback, trends,
opportunities and objections, proposing solutions to grow and maximize the watch business.
• Lead and develop a first-in-class team of Client Advisors in the Rolex department.
• Reinforce client communication expectations (response time expectations online, cadence to
follow-up on requests in-store and online).
• Daily inventory control and inventory management.
• Act as the in-store point of contact for brand representative.
• Hold accountability for consistency in completing assigned training and app usage, such as the
Rolex sizing app.
• Expectation and responsibility to initiate and host regular in-store activations in close
collaboration with the Store Director and the local Marketing/Hospitality Manager and/or CRM
Manager to enhance the client experience.
• Develop monthly and yearly activation plans to achieve and exceed store and department targets,
in close collaboration with the Store Director and the local Marketing/CRM Manager, including
creating innovative activation concepts based on trends and opportunities.
• Utilize CRM system to build an on-going relationship, develop business with existing clients and
focus on cross-selling, up-selling, client development.
• Clearly communicate, on a daily basis, sales objective and how this relates to weekly and
monthly targets.
• Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to achieve and exceed personal, store and
department targets.
• Assist and coach the team to acquire, build, develop and maintain active client
relationships
• Actively motivate, develop and lead team members, providing just in time feedback on improving
skillset and utilizing all available tools to grow the business.
• Handle performance issues with team members, escalating to Store Management and HR for
partnership.
• Educate all store team members on the heritage of the brand, product line and stock within the
store, inspiring them to promote the Rolex brand.
• Openly communicate and partner with management to propose opportunities to develop community
relationships and to explore potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
among new and existing clients.
• Create a positive, knowledgeable, inviting and elevated environment in which all interactions
are professional and gracious
• Strive to be client service oriented to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Closely monitor store security.
• Responsible for opening and closing of the store in alignment with company policies and
processes
• Constantly recruit top talent who demonstrate outstanding client service
• Understand local competitors and equip all Client Advisors with this knowledge.
• Execute corporate directives/special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5+ years’ experience in high-end luxury retail sales and watches
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week
• Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
• Proven sales achievement in luxury brands market
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate and drive sales in a team-driven environment
• Quick and adaptable learner with excellent skills in organization
• Must be proactive and results driven
