Industrial Sales Executive - Wilmington, NC - Remote

DISHER is partnering with a leading manufacturer of nitrogen generation systems to fill the role of Industrial Sales Executive. This company delivers mission-critical solutions across industries such as food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and fire protection, specializing in on-premise nitrogen gas generation for global applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding the company’s market presence. You will build long-term relationships with customers, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs across a range of industries. This position is ideal for someone with a background in industrial sales and a passion for technology-driven solutions.

What you'll get to do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key markets like manufacturing, food & beverage, and fire protection
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and product development opportunities

What will make you successful:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably with technical or capital equipment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of customer applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
