Senior Graphic Designers are curious, self-motivated, strategic, dedicated to craftsmanship, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative. They are problem solvers, multitaskers, and excellent communicators skilled at building relationships across departments. Senior Graphic Designers are strategic partners with advanced design skills who can find solutions effectively and efficiently. This position will be tasked with creating Berkadia branded deal marketing campaigns, and marketing and event materials. 

• Design and update deal marketing materials including proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, one-sheeters, presentations, research reports, digital, and social media posts, etc. 
• Lead creative development on assigned marketing campaigns: attend team meetings, host brainstorming sessions, and provide design direction to others (For example: video producers and digital designers).  
• Create and maintain organized design templates for efficient team collateral production. 
• Design graphics and infographics including charts, graphs, numerical data, maps, etc. 
• Present creative work to team and business partners, collect feedback and make updates. 
• Uphold Berkadia’s brand standards and create innovative designs within those standards.  
• Select and utilize color palettes, photography, typography, and other design elements effectively.  
• Provide the highest level of quality and accuracy by thoroughly reviewing all materials.  
• Stay updated on the latest local markets news and industry trends.  
• Other duties as assigned.

• Senior-level skills in design programs including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator  
• Knowledge of photo editing and digital design capabilities and techniques. 
• Design portfolio that showcases craftsmanship in layout, typography, and branding. 
• Experience in marketing and design in a range of formats. 
• Strong work ethic with an uncanny ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects. 
• Effective collaborator with strong communication skills. 
• Adept at creating files for print and digital distribution. 
• Excellent business computer skills using Salesforce, Teams, Word, and Excel 
• Writing and light math skills preferred  
• 5-7 years of prior experience in a similar position
