We are The Experience Network.

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join BRG on a 12-month parental leave cover. You’ll take ownership of a key business unit—either Sales & Marketing or Technology—while also contributing to group-wide People & Performance initiatives.

As a strategic partner to senior leaders, you’ll drive performance, capability, change, and engagement, ensuring that BRG’s people strategy supports business success. You’ll also play a hands-on role in coaching leaders, managing talent programs, and optimising people processes to help our teams scale.

This role sits within the People & Performance team, a small team of 3 which is generalist in its approach but united to drive business performance through people.

The Role:

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Coach and consult with leaders to optimise team performance, talent development, and engagement.
  • Drive organisational change, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives.

Employee Experience & Performance

  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for your business unit, ensuring BRG remains a great place to work.
  • Lead the performance review and remuneration processes, including bi-annual reviews, quarterly goal setting, and benchmarking for your division.
  • Support leaders in performance management, providing guidance on high performance and underperformance processes.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to inform business decisions and measure the impact of People initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally within Sales, Marketing, or Technology.
  • Strong C-suite and senior stakeholder partnering experience.
  • A problem-solver with experience leading change and transformation initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A strong understanding of performance, capability, and reward frameworks.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action.
