Analytica is seeking a talented
Change Management Consultant to remotely support project and change management across an enterprise portfolio of digitalization projects which aim to reduce the client's reliance on paper processing and improve overall project efficiency. This requires research to understand the full landscape of related internal workflows, to ensure a clear vision of the work that needs to be performed and prioritize the work to be complete.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to): - Supporting on-site research efforts and user-centered journey mapping development
- Developing change management strategies based on these research efforts
- Providing/executing a strategic plan to accomplish Change Management within the impacted organizations in support of each project assigned
- Establish key performance indicators and measure these across the users’ base to meet the needs of the business units and the project goals
- Conduct reviews to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the change management efforts
- Developing strategies to address resistance and foster a supportive environment for change management
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related field, providing a foundational understand of business and technology
- 3+ years as Change Management professional
- Understand and demonstrate User-centered or Human-centered design principle, Agile methodology, User Experience Research including journey mapping, and other best practices in Program, Project, and Change Management (such as Scrum, Prosci, etc.).
- Competency in identifying, assessing, and implementing risk mitigation strategies for changes affecting IT infrastructure and business processes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public trust security clearance
