Position Name: Sr Project Analyst
Location: Washington, DC
JOB SUMMARY:

Monthly analysis and reporting of cost performance, providing detailed analysis to project team to improve project performance, and forecasting as well as to Capital Finance team to support corporate reporting and grants management.
“Bottoms-up” forecasts monthly and quarterly to evaluate performance against Total Life of Project Cost and Schedule and other estimates.
Understand, and remain current on grant requirements, internal policies and procedures, and other regulatory requirements applying to the program.
Monitor and track the submission of deliverables by established deadlines; maintain appropriate documentation and artifacts (e.g., crosswalk of grant requirements)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project controls (as describe above)
Hands on Experience in cost controls for large capital digital technology/information projects.
Experience with financial data and project/program cost analysis.
