Responsibilities

  • Take on the leadership of a product within a team and ensure the implementation of good practices and a strong product culture;
  • Communicate with stakeholders and get them to adhere to our initiatives;
  • Advocate and coordinate the product team, partners, and stakeholders to make sure all are aligned around the strategy the product needs to be going on for success;
  • Bring the short and medium term vision of the internal tools as well as a strategy to implement it;
  • Develop user knowledge in collaboration with the Design and Technical teams
  • Define and manage the development of the product by ensuring the follow-up with Product owners and Tech teams of user stories, backlog, epics;
  • Prioritize features and product roadmap;
  • Communicate regularly on the progress of the realization of the product and your roadmap
  • Be responsible for the product quality and responsible for the product KPIs to measure impacts
  • Animate the team by participating in Agile ceremonies, encouraging the spirit of collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher);
  • Minimum 5 years experience on a Product Manager position, preferably in Digital Trust sector;
  • Fluency in English language;
  • Motivation to work on complex projects;
  • At ease with Agile and Lean methodologies within a company;
  • Ability to prioritize topics and meet deadlines;
  • Strong sense of User Experience and attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to work;
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a team;
  • In-depth technical knowledge to take part in technical decisions;
  • Understanding of concepts of software system engineering;
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management;
  • Excellent analysis and communication skills
