Junior People Experience Analyst - student

As a Junior People Experience Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations, working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all employees. What you'll do

• Assist in maintaining personnel data, records, and documents with precision.
• Help prepare labor-legal documentation.
• Maintain and edit employee records and personnel folders in line with regulations.
• Edit and update employee attendance records.
• Assist in preparing orientation for new hires and coordinate the onboarding/offboarding process.
• Assist with internal communications to ensure smooth information flow within the company.
• Provide support at the reception desk, manage mail, and coordinate transportation for employees.

On day one you'll bring

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and databases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships across a diverse range of people.
• Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
