Job Duties
- Work in a safe and effective manner.
- Responsible for providing electrical and mechanical support to operations.
- Ability to install electrical wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment such as transformers and motors.
- Diagnose and repair faulty electronic components.
- Wire and program electronics and control boxes with PLC and CNC programming.
- Read and troubleshoot PLC programming.
- Maintain equipment using tools and equipment provided.
- Conducts all electrical/mechanical work needed at the plant.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other departments.

Job Requirements
- Occasionally required to move around plant site.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 5-50 lbs.
- Occasionally lift and/or move objects more than 50 lbs.
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, squatting pulling, and pushing.
- Possess strong electrical aptitude.
- Possess working knowledge of AC and DC electrical circuits
- Working knowledge of programmable controls.
- Possess the ability to maintain and repair industrial grade electrical equipment.
- Possess ability to use precision electrical/electronic measuring and calibration tools.
- Knowledge of all EHS and Quality policies. Ability to train other personnel.
Education
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Possess working knowledge PLCs
- Ability to troubleshoot
