The account manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients. Their primary goal is to
ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales, and maximize revenue for the company. It plays a crucial role in fostering
positive relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the long-term success of the business.
1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the
company's services.
2. Developing strategies to grow existing accounts.
3. Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and setting targets for revenue growth.
4. Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
5. Providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and communicating any changes or developments.
6. Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise, whether they are related to Service quality or customer service.
7. Ensuring that the client's needs are met promptly and effectively.
8. Liaise and work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Contract&Tenders functions to ensure that client
needs are understood and addressed, and the company is delivering value to its clients.
9. Gathering feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and advocating for changes or enhancements to services
based on client's needs
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
· 2+ years relevant experience in support, customer success, account management, sales, or similar roles.
· Bonus points for previous experience in project management, onboarding, SaaS, or recruiting/HR.
· Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain products.
· Analytical skills for creative problem-solving.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
· Eagerness to improve existing processes and try new ideas.
· Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
