About the role:

Mrsool, a leading on-demand delivery service in the Middle East, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

As an Account Manager at Mrsool, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across various industries, including food, retail, and healthcare. You will also collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • The chosen candidate will be serving Saudi from Egypt office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to bring on new clients
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by proactively addressing client needs
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client businesses and industries
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and analyze client data to identify trends.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
