Inventory Controller

As our Inventory Controller, you will be responsible of ensuring that the collection process is carried out efficiently and effectively. In addition to that, you will also be in charge of securing and managing client relationships and working with internal stakeholders to coordinate the logistical aspects of our fulfillment point in Nasr City.

Responsibilities

• Daily count and checking inventory at warehouse .
• Following up on inventory process in and out .
• Checking safety and minimum stock benchmarks at the FP.
• Tracking damage & expiry dates for all FP products .
• Follow up on a daily basis of Raw & Packaging materials.
• Managing products' barcoding process .
• Ensure of receiving orders from collectors to scale it and record the code on the system.
• Follow up the floor workflow through CCTV systems.
• Ensure that company internal policy is executed on ground.
• Ensure that Collectors complete their orders successfully.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• 1-3 years of experience of working in Operations or other relevant fields
• Good practical knowledge of warehouses and performance/operation .
• Solid experience in inventory business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, logistics, etc.).
• Strong communication and people skills.
