What's a successful candidate look like?
- Ability to work Onsite working with a Customer and team.
- Maintain all aspects of the Onsite MSP I.T. infrastructure, resources, and supporting documentation.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees by providing accurate systems/ software access and efficient equipment deployment.
- Perform end-user support tasks such as computer hardware acquisition, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and replacement.
- Provide support for Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) and related applications, desktop printers, scanners, and faxing.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all active systems excluding devices or systems directly supported by a vendor like copiers and other highly proprietary systems and devices.
- Work cross-functionally to implement security updates and new policies as directed by the Operations Director.
- Work closely with human resources to maintain an efficient exit process for terminated employees. This includes removing systems access, backing up user data, maintaining security protocol, etc.
- Take Calls from End-Users and Provide Support.
- Windows Workstation Support.
- Windows Server Environment Support.
- Network Support.
What's a successful candidate look like?
- The successful candidate will be self-motivated with the aptitude to gather information. Would be a detailed listener that can put the customer at ease and provide confidence that the issue will be resolved. A desire to learn and excel in various technical areas will be required.
- Manage time to meet the needs of Customer.
- Knowledge of hardware configurations concerning PCs and networking is a plus. Troubleshooting basic networking issues involving IP configuration, routing, and DNS. The ability to learn and retain knowledge at a fast pace in diverse environments.
- Must be willing and able to gain advanced certifications in any of the hosted technologies (Microsoft, Fortinet, VMware, Veeam)

- Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship
- Ability to work onsite at office in Searcy, AR
