Junior HR Administrator

We are a multi-specialist, full-service recruitment agency that services a wide range of industry sectors. Our clients range from emerging start-ups to global blue-chip companies, as well as large public sector and not-for-profit organisations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultant to source and hire the most suitable candidates for our clients
• Develop and publish job vacancies on job boards and other platforms
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews efficiently
• Send timely reminders to candidates and clients to ensure they attend scheduled interviews
• Gather required documentation and upload them into applicant tracking systems
• Manage candidate testing results and maintain an up-to-date candidate database
• Send onboarding links to candidates who have been approved for hiring

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Georgian and English (proficiency in German is a bonus but not mandatory)
• A strong passion for the human resource industry
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
