Develops and delivers various training programs to channel partners, Company personnel, and customers. Training programs include, but are not limited to products, services, and/or professional skills with heavy emphasis on product features, applications, and product system technologies. Assumes lead role in developing content and training materials for classes and negotiates outside vendor training. Mentors less experienced instructors. Duties: Delivers training to channel partners, company employees, and customers. Takes the lead role in the delivery of training and mentors less-experienced instructors. Extensive travel may be required to deliver training to fulfill audience requirements. Takes the lead role to develop / adapts content and training materials and activities for classes - marketing, technical, management, sales, etc). Manages and negotiates outside vendor training and remote locations in response to training audience requirements. Mentors others. Researches training topics to increase subject matter expertise specific to product, machine systems, professional skills, and product applications. Distributes/shares training information with appropriate channel partners, Company personnel, and customers. Assists/supports channel partners, Company personnel, and customers regarding content and delivery. Constructs and maintains training aids and equipment, classroom exercises, simulations, and practice exercises. Documents training curriculum for Instructor Guide, maintains and updates Instructor Guide. Ensures the integrity of documentation as well as the validity to current product, training delivery processes, and organizational needs. Continually evaluates the effectiveness of the course meeting its objectives during delivery and from evaluations. Makes appropriate changes to course materials and delivery. Utilizes knowledge of training to promote training products, training systems, and training materials. Responsible for classroom/training event administration (acquiring roster, taking enrollment, completing exit evaluations) and communicating results to appropriate personnel or system.
Position Title: On-site Training Specialist
Specific Position Requirements: **Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position**
1st shift, 40hrs/week. No OT expected at this time.
Located onsite in Orlando, FL but some domestic travel will be required to support other training centers or events. This would be on rare occasions.
Driving farm Machinery and a forklift. All operator certifications will be handled upon successful hire. Most of the driving is to get the equipment off trucks or into the lab areas.

Willingness to work outside in FL year-round
Works well in a team environment
Some sort of AG background (worked for a dealer, a grower, equipment background / a tech, AG technology background or AG educator).
Your Responsibilities
As an On-Site Training Specialist for R4 Sales Training located in Orlando, FL you will support assigned activities related to training delivery and development for all in-field
sales training programs. In addition, you will:
Provide world-class sales instruction for dealer partner employees, customers, and company employees for all in-field sales training across Ag, Turf, CCE, and Precision
Ag products.
Observing adult learning principles and practices, supports development of sales training content through close alignment with Curriculum Architects and On-Site Training
Consultants.
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of instruction and content meeting the course objectives through the training evaluation process.
Invest time in self-development to grow expertise in Production Systems, technology, customer applications/uses, instructor delivery/presentation skills, and content
development. Ability to work outside year-round in Florida.
What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)
1 or more years of experience with professional communication and presentation skills.
1 or more years of experience with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and other standard computer applications.
1 or more years of experience developing and/or delivering training materials.
1 or more years of experience in marketing and sales focused positions.

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Ag Business, Ag Technology, Ag Education, or related degree programs and/or equivalent related work
experience.
