Housekeeper

Karya Property Management is looking for a Housekeeper to assist our Interlace property!

This is a full time position and compensation will range based on experience.

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and other amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal.

Responsibilities:

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant units daily or as needed
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all units are cared for and inspected according to policy standards
• Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and inform supervisor when a re-order is necessary
• Notify supervisor of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
• Perform other duties assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

• Customer service experience

• Must be flexible and dependable

• Must be a team player

• Advanced knowledge of cleaning products

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

• The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged periods sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
• Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders
• Must be able to work indoors / outdoors or in extreme weather conditions
• Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule
