This role sits at the intersection of business development, sales, and strategic partnerships, focusing on building strong relationships with accounting firms, marketplaces, payment providers, and other ecosystem partners to expand Taxually’s market presence.</p><p dir="ltr">The ideal candidate has experience in partner development, a strong understanding of indirect tax (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax), and a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive revenue growth through partnerships.<br><br></p><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li><strong></strong><strong>Thought Leadership:</strong> Represent Taxually in industry forums, partner events, and webinars to strengthen our brand and market positioning.</li></ul><ul></ul><ul><li dir="ltr"><strong>Partner Acquisition &amp; Development:</strong> Identify, engage, and onboard new partners, including accounting firms, ERP providers, and e-commerce platforms, to drive indirect tax compliance solutions.<br></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual success and growth.<br></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Sales Enablement:</strong> Work closely with partners to educate them on Taxually’s solutions, equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive customer referrals.<br></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Revenue Growth:</strong> Drive lead generation through partner channels, supporting sales efforts to increase customer acquisition.<br></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Go-to-Market Strategy:</strong> Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners, including co-marketing initiatives and strategic campaigns.<br></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align partnership efforts with overall business objectives.<br></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Performance Optimization:</strong> Track key performance metrics, monitor partner performance, and optimize strategies to maximize growth and revenue.<br><br></li></ul><ul></ul><h4><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></h4><ul><li><strong></strong>4+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or tax technology.</li><li>Strong understanding of indirect tax compliance (VAT, GST, sales tax) and the role of technology in automating tax processes.</li><li>Experience working with accounting firms, ERP providers, payment platforms, or marketplace ecosystems is a plus.</li><li>Proven ability to drive partnerships from negotiation to execution and ongoing management.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</li><li>Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for building strategic relationships.</li></ul><ul></ul><h4><strong>What We Offer:</strong></h4><ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>A dynamic and supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and development.</li><li>The chance to work with a market-leading tax compliance solution.</li><li>Ongoing training and access to industry experts to boost your tax knowledge.</li><li>Flexible working options and a commitment to work-life balance.</li></ul><h4><strong>Why Join Taxually?</strong></h4><p>Taxually has grown exponentially since it's inception in 2018, and is now at the forefront of a multi-billion dollar industry.
