We seek a detail-oriented Investment Reconciliation Analyst to support our client’s accounting and financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data related to investment accounts and positions. Your role will involve performing detailed reconciliations, reviewing financial statements, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our financial processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a strong understanding of reconciliation processes, and can precisely manage routine accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial positions and investment accounts.
  • Review and process financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Track and resolve discrepancies in investment data, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the accounting team in routine tasks, including data entry, report generation, and administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations and enhance data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all financial activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial reconciliation or a similar accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes in schedule and priorities.
