As a Yacht Shipyard Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing yacht shipyard operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful construction, maintenance, and repair of luxury yachts.

In this role, you will collaborate with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of yacht building projects. You will also be responsible for coordinating resources, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee yacht shipyard operations to ensure the successful construction, maintenance, and repair of luxury yachts
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute yacht building projects
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
• Review and evaluate shipyard operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in yacht shipyard operations
• Strong knowledge of yacht construction, maintenance, and repair processes
• Experience in managing and coordinating resources for yacht building projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements in yacht manufacturing
