حرصا من وزارة الموارد البشـــرية والتنمية الإجتماعية على تأهيل وتدريب الطلاب الســـعوديين لضـــمان اســـتعدادهم وانخراطهم في ســـوق العمل، وتأهيل المواطنين وتمكينهم من إيجاد فرص عمل محفزة ومنتجة ومســـــتقرة في مختلف مناطق المملكةبما يتوافق مع أهداف رؤية المملكة 2030

تدعم سلة التدريب التعاوني بهدف تحقيق أعلى درجات الموائمة بين ما يدرسه الطالب في مجال التخصص وبين ما هو مطلوب ومستخدم في مواقع العمل الفعلية من خلال تعاون المؤسسة التعليمية مع سلة في تدريب الطلاب على ممارسة ما تم تعلمه في التخصص خلال فترات الدراسة في بيئة العمل الفعلية وفق ضوابط محددة .

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is keen to qualify and train Saudi students to ensure their readiness and involvement in the labor market, and to qualify citizens and enable them to find stimulating, productive and stable job opportunities in various regions of the Kingdom in accordance with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Salla supports cooperative training with the aim of achieving the highest degree of compatibility between what the student studies in the field of specialization and what is required and used in actual work sites through the cooperation of the educational institution and Salla in training students to practice what has been learned in the specialization during study periods in the actual work environment in accordance with Specific conditions .
