What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The chosen candidate will be accountable for collaborating with the administrative and accounting departments to meet the needs of the work team. 

What Challenges Await You?

• Accurately record and classify financial transactions.

• Perform client bank reconciliations and internal audits.

• Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for all accounting documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Business administration or public accounting students

• Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role (required)

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
