Description: 

The Architect, Drupal shall provide technical leadership to Web portal implementations and support new business efforts. The role collaborates with development teams and client stakeholders for the design, development, and deployment of Java-based websites, mobile sites, applications, and CRM integrations in an effort to exceed the needs of our customers.  This person must also be confident and influential when interacting with management and leadership. 

Responsibilities:  

• Construct a technical architecture of multiple solutions fitting client’s industry standards, use cases, strategy and technical needs 
• Work with technical leads to design a solution that optimally utilizes Adobe tools and supports clients use cases, strategy and industry standards 
• Break down Customer strategies into phased roadmaps according to Customer priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites and dependencies 
• Align roadmap phases to executable use cases 
• Contribute to Customer’s digital marketing strategies based on industry best practices 
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to Customers for maximizing their digital marketing effectiveness. 
• Use the latest best practice learning from the industry to help Customers ensure that marketing campaigns and solutions are fully integrated and fine-tuned via data driven insights 
• Assist with defining digital marketing Solution and Consulting scope during sales cycle   
• Progress overall maturity and scale of Consulting Practice by creating and sharing knowledge in the form of whitepapers, best practices, methodologies, templates, etc.

Requirements: 

• Bachelors Degree required or equivalent work experience 
• 8+ years of IT experience with 3-5 years of experience as a Drupal architect  
• Experience in Architectural Design, Technical Roadmap & Document the system design & solution including knowledge of various kind of Architecture Diagrams 
• Experience in providing solutions and technical architecture for medium to Large websites using Drupal 8/9+ Platform. 
• Expertise in building scalable & reliable systems. 
• Well experienced building reusable components. 
• Expertise on LAMP & LNMP 
• Good at optimizing the performance of a Drupal Applications. 
• Understanding of UI & Latest trends. 
• Hands-on experience on Drupal Multisite, Multi-lingual, REST APIs, Caching Mechanism, Forms API, Javascript API including all common APIs provided by Drupal 8/9+ 
• Can single-handedly manage Proof-of-concepts or complex modules. 
• To make sure that the best quality is delivered. 
• Acquia CLI / BLT & Drupal Shell Commands (Drupal Console & Drush) 
• Peer and off-line code reviews. 
• Help Drupal Practice in practice initiatives and products. 
• Support pre-sales team and work on Business proposals and project estimates. 
• Responsible for various aspects of ongoing support and maintenance engagements. 
• Work closely with Project Managers and developers to manage the project and ensure smooth execution 

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. Credera treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $160K – 175K with variable bonus is anticipated for this role in the US.

Hybrid Work Model:

Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site. You'll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.

Travel:

Our goal is to keep out-of-market travel to a minimum and most projects do not require significant travel. While certain projects can require frequent travel (up to 80% for a period of time), our average travel percentage over a year for team members is typically between 10-30%. We try to take a personal approach to travel. You will submit your travel preferences which our staffing teams will take into account when aligning you to a role.
