At the heart of this transformation is Blend Builder, our in-house low-code platform, designed to exponentially enhance our ability to innovate, create, and deploy solutions for our customers. Builder platform enables you to create web forms and integrations quickly by simply dragging and dropping components. We are excited to form a new team dedicated to harnessing the potential of Blend Builder and are seeking individuals who can lead the way in becoming customer application subject matter experts on this platform. The Workflow Engineer, Technical Platform Configuration will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative workflows and integrations based on customer-specific requirements and specifications.

How you'll contribute:
- Use the Blend Builder low code, drag & drop platform to customize workflows and integrations for financial products, e.g. Deposit Accounts, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Refinance, Mortgage Loan, etc
- Become a subject matter expert in Blend Builder, keeping up with the latest updates, features, and best practices to drive innovation
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, consultants, customers, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into efficient workflow solutions
- Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues
- Perform rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure workflows are error-free and meet the desired functionality
- Setup automation tests with tools like Mabl, Testim and setup GitHub Actions to execute tests as part of the release process
- Provide post-production triage and support for workflows by being on a rotating “on-call” schedule including during non-business hours as necessary
- Create comprehensive documentation for developed workflows, including user guides and best practice documentation
Who you are:
- A passion for working with customers to implement solutions that fit their needs
- Proficient in computer science and programming fundamentals
- Proficient in at least one programming language, with the ability to demonstrate strong coding skills
- A solid understanding of integration patterns like REST
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient low code workflow solutions
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet customer-specific project deadlines
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with low-code development tools like Power BI, Mulesoft, Salesforce, Dell Boomi, Workato, Zapier, etc that requires dragging and dropping components onto a canvas to build UI, workflow or integrations
- Experience working with source-control tools, including Github
- Experience using Postman or Soap UI
