Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Job Description:

• The AR Coordinator will be responsible for performing a range of accounting tasks related to AR functions. This generally includes invoicing customers, cash applications, and collections.
• They should have a solid background in basic accounting practices and knowledge of US GAAP.
• A candidate should be detail oriented, have strong time management skills, and possess effective communication skills.

• Cash applications
• Analysis and follow up of past-due invoices
• Maintenance of pertinent support records/analysis
• General ledger account reconciliations
• Billing preparation
• Other duties/projects as assigned

• High school diploma, Associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years experience with accounts receivable
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and US GAAP
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong analytic abilities
